O.K. I can’t be the only one experiencing and thinking these thoughts and things, right?
When staying at home during this Michigan COVID – 19 Stay Home Stay Safe time one has to keep physically and mentally fit. (while keeping the 6 feet social distancing)
To be honest I could do better in this area. I need to exercise and eat better. Doesn’t everyone! I don’t necessarily need to lose a lot of weight ( maybe a few pounds) however I do want to be active, strong and flexible to keep up with my grandchildren and future grandchildren and just enjoy life! ……..
That should be motivation enough…..

This Nana did not do so well. My score was 44%! I was totally surprised with question 2. And the information in questions 1-4. Do the quiz and you will see what I mean. I need to re-educate myself in the right health changes I need to do at fifty something. One step at a time.
